MILANI S.r.l. has appointed a Committee to manage issues related to gender equality and implements a Management System compliant with the UNI/PdR 125:2022 standard, initiating a process of cultural change within its organisation to achieve greater gender equality, as set out in the objectives of the Strategic Plan.
