Upcoming events: Workspace Design Show London 2026, Workspace Expo Paris 2026, and Temporary Showroom Milan Design Week 2026

2026 kicks off with three major international events essential to the world of workplace design. The Workspace Design Show in London, Workspace Expo in Paris, and the Temporary Showroom at Milan Design Week represent three key moments for discussion, research, and vision on the future of work environments.

On the occasion of these events, Milani will be present with furniture solutions designed to interpret the evolution of the contemporary office through ergonomics, aesthetics, and design flexibility.

Workspace Design Show London

The Workspace Design Show in London, which will take place on February 25–26, is one of the most important international events for those designing and transforming workspaces. It is a lively and experimental environment where architects, interior designers, companies, and professionals meet to explore new ways of working and collaborating.

Hybrid work, the centrality of well-being, and the need for increasingly flexible spaces are redefining the concept of the office. London thus becomes a laboratory of ideas, with installations, talks, and projects that anticipate trends in the sector.

In this context, Milani will present solutions designed to support a more fluid way of working, able to adapt to different contexts while maintaining comfort and stylistic coherence.

Workspace Expo Paris

From March 24–26, attention will shift to Workspace Expo Paris, one of the most important events for the European office furniture market. Here, design and industry come together to explore practical solutions applicable to professional spaces.

Paris offers an opportunity for dialogue between design and architecture, addressing the workplace through practical elements such as ergonomics, materials, sustainability, and corporate identity.

In this context, Milani aims to build a clear and recognizable approach, designed to establish effective dialogue with designers and companies and foster long-lasting collaborations across all types of projects.

Temporary Showroom – Milan Design Week

From April 20 to May 20, 2026, Milani will be present at the Milan Design Week with a Temporary Showroom at Showroom Gabriel. The space, designed as a place of meeting and inspiration, will offer visitors the opportunity to discover the Milani collections and immerse themselves in our approach to design.

During the Design Week and the following weeks, the Temporary Showroom will become a reference point for professionals and enthusiasts, a dynamic environment to explore innovative solutions for furnishing and space layouts.

Milani’s Vision: Continuity, Ergonomics, Identity

At all events,  Milani conveys a vision of the future of furnishing based on seating designed to last over time, adapt to different contexts, and contribute to daily well-being.

Ergonomics, design flexibility, and attention to detail guide the development of solutions, along with an essential design capable of naturally interacting with the architecture of spaces.

The proposal fits within a coherent vision of the workplace, intended to support different office areas, from operational spaces to executive and reception areas, offering versatile responses to the needs of contemporary work.

Two Events, One Direction in Furnishing

The upcoming 2026 events represent an opportunity for Milani to engage in dialogue on the workplace, confirming the company’s attention to the international debate on the future of work.

Different contexts in approach and vision, but united by a shared goal: imagining and designing workspaces that are increasingly human, efficient, and capable of expressing a clear identity.
